Seed & Source Alpha Tester Agreement

Effective Date: February 2026 Program Duration: 30 days from access grant

Participation Terms

By accepting access to the Seed & Source Alpha, you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality

  • No Public Distribution: You will not share, redistribute, publish, or make the code publicly available in any form (GitHub, GitLab, blogs, forums, social media).
  • No Screenshots of Internal Code: Architecture diagrams and public-facing UIs are fine; internal implementation details are not.
  • Private Feedback Only: Feedback should be submitted via the designated Typeform or private channels only.

2. Limited Use License

  • Evaluation Only: This is a pre-release version for testing and feedback purposes. Do not use in production environments.
  • No Commercial Use: You may not use this code to build products for clients or commercial projects during the Alpha period.
  • No Derivatives: You may not create competing products, frameworks, or templates based on this architecture.

3. Attribution & Tracking

  • Unique Identifier: Your copy contains a unique tracking identifier (ALPHA_USER_ID) embedded in the code.
  • Revocable Access: Access to the private repository can be revoked at any time without notice.
  • Audit Trail: All repository access (clones, pulls, views) is logged via GitHub audit logs.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Seed & Source IP: All code, architecture, documentation, and associated materials remain the exclusive property of Seed & Source.
  • No Transfer: This license is personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned.
  • Feedback License: Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide may be used by Seed & Source without attribution or compensation.

5. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

  • AS-IS Basis: The Alpha code is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • No Support Obligation: While we’ll do our best to help, there’s no guaranteed support SLA.
  • Limitation of Liability: Seed & Source is not liable for any damages arising from Alpha participation.

6. Termination

Access terminates automatically:

  • 30 days after grant date
  • Upon detection of terms violation
  • At Seed & Source’s discretion

7. Violation Consequences

Breach of these terms may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • Legal action for damages and injunctive relief
  • Public disclosure of violation (if egregious)
